About the role
Change Management Engage with Senior Executives in the organization. Develop a change management plan based on business demand, challenges, and implications. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Perform change readiness assessment to determine the feasibility of implementation and present the results to business units. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. Prepare and adjust the communication plan as needed when the project is executed. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. Ensure the required resources are available. Work with Managers in planning, developing, and executing change initiatives across the organization. Monitor the adoption and utilization of change initiatives.
