Job Description: The Front Office Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and serving as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling, maintaining front office calendars, and coordinating meeting room usage. The role also involves handling incoming and outgoing mail, supporting office administration tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. The Front Office Coordinator works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations and a professional, welcoming environment for all visitors.
Qualifications: Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including professional communication and accurate message taking. Experience with Appointment Scheduling and calendar management in a fast-paced office setting. Proficiency in Office Administration tasks, such as filing, mail handling, and basic record keeping. Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to respond calmly and effectively to inquiries and requests. Competence with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and basic computer literacy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Clear written and verbal communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor. Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred; experience in an energy or corporate environment is a plus.
