Bilingual Customer Service Representative | Emergency Response Call CenterTRC Talent Solutions is hiring Bilingual (Spanish or French) Customer Service Representatives to support a 24/7 emergency response center handling critical inbound calls and dispatch coordination.
Location: Dunwoody, GA | Fully On-Site
Pay: $21+ Shift Differentials + Overtime Opportunities
Schedule:
Flexible Schedule Required | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Availability including Holidays and weekends What Youll Be Doing Answer high-volume inbound emergency calls from elevator systems Gather accurate caller location and emergency details quickly and professionally Dispatch the appropriate response teams based on the situation Provide clear updates and information to customers regarding service requests Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in company systems Deliver professional, compassionate customer service on every interaction Meet performance goals related to call quality, accuracy, and response time What Were Looking For 2+ years of customer service or call center experience Strong phone communication and multitasking skills Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations Strong data entry and computer skills Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM required Flexible availability including weekends and holidays required If youre dependable, professional, and ready to work in a KPI driven customer service role, apply today with TRC Talent Solutions!
