About the role
Commission-Based B2B Sales Representative (High-Ticket)As a Sales Representative at Endo Lead, you will be responsible for owning the full sales process, from prospecting to close. Your role includes reaching out to B2B decision-makers via cold calling and Linked In, handling inbound leads, running structured discovery and demo calls, and closing qualified prospects on live demo calls. You will be selling Endo Lead the Blueprint™ - a proven AI-driven outbound system that helps businesses build and operate their lead generation internally. This is not just a course or a commodity service, but a high-value system installation and advisory engagement. This role is commission-only and best suited for sales professionals with experience in B2B outbound, discovery-led selling, and closing consultative deals. You'll have autonomy, a clear sales process, and support from the Endo Lead team, with no cap on commissions for strong performers. Sales Role Classification: W2
