Key Responsibilities: Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct guests to the appropriate person or office. Manage visitor logs, issue access badges, and follow safety procedures. Telephone Operations: Manage multi-line phone systems, answering, screening, and forwarding calls professionally. Front Desk & Office Organization: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and tidy. Administrative Support: Manage conference room bookings, schedule meetings, and assist with filing, scanning, copying, and (10 key) data entry. Mail & Deliveries: Sort, distribute, and send incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Security & Safety: Monitor building entry, manage visitor access, and sometimes handle emergency protocol notifications. Office Supplies: Monitor, order, and restock office supplies and kitchen
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: Proven work experience (often 3+ years preferred) as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Education: High school diploma required.
Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional attitude.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service attitude and a warm, welcoming demeanor. Organizational Abilities: Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize task.\nCompany
