Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building and deploying LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, AI agents, and production-grade Generative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-powered applications. Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Develop AI agents, copilots, conversational AI, and intelligent search solutions. Integrate LLMs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open-source model ecosystems. Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval. Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, hallucinations, and overall response quality. Optimize GenAI applications for performance, scalability, latency, and cost.
Key Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or AI Engineering. Strong programming skills in Python. Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs and Generative AI.Strong understanding of RAG architecture, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search. Experience with frameworks such as Lang Chain, Llama Index, Lang Graph, or similar. Experience working with LLM APIs and/or open-source models. Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, Chroma, or similar. Understanding of NLP, Transformers, attention mechanisms, and Machine Learning fundamentals. Experience developing REST APIs and production AI services.
