Position Overview:
SNI Companies has partnered with an HR Services company in Middlesex County, NJ who is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our team. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional customer service, communicates clearly, and thrives when managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system. Welcomingly greet visitors, answer general inquiries, and manage sign-in procedures. Process, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Monitor reception area cleanliness and maintain office supply inventory levels. Deliver general administrative support across departments, including scanning, copying, filing, and mailings. Assist with additional administrative projects and task assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.1+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative support, or customer service role. Familiarity operating a multi-line telephone system; proficiency with basic office equipment and standard software. Strong written and verbal communication, excellent multitasking abilities, and keen attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaborate effectively with a team. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus. Schedule & Compensation
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour
