Customer Service Representative We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative team in Louisville, Kentucky. This contract position has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, detail-focused work and can provide dependable support during a high-volume season. The role centers on customer account coordination, gift card terminal support, and accurate handling of sensitive business and banking information. You will work closely with an experienced group and receive training on internal databases and processes.
Responsibilities: Set up new user accounts and maintain accurate customer information across multiple internal systems. Coordinate the preparation and shipment of gift card processing terminals and related materials to business clients. Support gift card program operations by tracking terminal details and ensuring businesses receive the correct setup information. Handle confidential banking data with care and assist with fund transfers between franchise locations based on gift card activity. Respond to inbound calls and email inquiries from customers and business partners in a courteous and timely manner. Enter, update, and verify transaction and account information to maintain clean and reliable records. Collaborate with team members to manage daily service needs during the busiest fall and winter months. Learn company databases and workflows quickly in order to provide accurate administrative and customer support.
