Power Collective Media is a boutique PR and social media agency working with some of Miami’s largest developers and leading national brands across design, hospitality, lifestyle, and culture. Our work is high-profile and highly visible, from major development launches and hospitality openings to brand campaigns, media relations, events, and social. We’re looking for an Account Coordinator who wants to be close to the work, learn from senior PR professionals, and grow quickly in a creative agency environment.

Our work is high-profile and highly visible, from major development launches and hospitality openings to brand campaigns, media relations, events, and social. We’re looking for an Account Coordinator who wants to be close to the work, learn from senior PR professionals, and grow quickly in a creative agency environment.
The Role: You’ll support PR and social media campaigns across a range of clients, including: Researching media, trends, and story opportunities Building media lists and supporting outreach Drafting pitches, press releases, and client communications Tracking coverage, deadlines, deliverables, and results Supporting social content and working with creators, clients to execute Preparing client meetings, reports, and presentations Contributing ideas and helping execute campaigns from start to finish
Who You Are: You have a degree in PR, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field, plus strong internship or early agency experience. You’re a strong writer, highly organized, plugged into media and social, and genuinely curious about brands and culture. You can manage multiple deadlines, pay attention to details, take initiative, and want to grow into greater responsibility. PR agency experience is a plus. Why Power Collective You’ll work on impactful campaigns with major Miami developers and nationally recognized brands across design, hospitality, and lifestyle. We operate on a hybrid schedule, with regular in-person collaboration and meetings at The Moore in Miami Design District (MDD). You’ll work closely with senior leaders, have real responsibility early, and get exposure to the full PR and social process.
