Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service professional to provide helpful, responsive support and create a positive experience for customers. This role works directly with customers to answer questions, provide information, assist with routine needs, and help resolve concerns efficiently. The ideal candidate is approachable, dependable, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people. This position requires strong listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide clear and accurate information.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and current offerings Provide clear and accurate information based on individual customer needs Respond to routine inquiries in a professional and timely manner Listen to customer questions and help determine appropriate next steps Assist with basic concerns and service-related issues Direct more complex requests to the appropriate team member when necessary Maintain a friendly and professional approach during customer interactions Develop a strong understanding of company products, services, and procedures Help customers navigate available options and company resources Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests Follow up on outstanding questions or customer needs when appropriate Gather customer feedback and communicate recurring questions to the team Follow established customer service standards and procedures Coordinate with other departments when additional assistance is required Support customer-facing programs and company activities Assist with additional customer service responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities Strong listening and problem-solving skills Comfortable communicating directly with customers Ability to explain information clearly and professionally Strong organization and attention to detail Dependable with consistent follow-through Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and priorities Comfortable learning new products, services, and procedures Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, client support, sales support, or another customer-facing environment is preferred
