Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Java Script / Type Script Full-Stack Developer to work on a full-time basis. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize AI models. You will conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize AI models.• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.• Develop comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, showcasing excellent reasoning and technical expertise.• Lead efforts in supervised fine-tuning, including creating and maintaining high-quality, task-specific datasets.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in Java Script and Type Script for full-stack development.• Experience with Node.js for backend development.• Familiarity with Nest.js as a progressive Node.js framework.• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
