8 Fleet is seeking a Regional HR Manager to pair strong operations with coaching to shape teams at scale. You will partner with site and regional leaders to support a large, fast-paced non-exempt workforce, driving consistency, accountability, and a great employee experience across locations. You will own employee relations, compliance, onboarding partnerships, and HRIS workflows while building trust with frontline leaders and surfacing workforce insights to drive improvements.
