Job Description
Marketing Manager Overview:
The Marketing Manager will lead and inspire a dynamic marketing team, driving visibility and strengthening the client's presence in the region. Collaborate with technical leaders and business developers to ensure clear messaging and compelling marketing materials. Shape and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market trends. Foster a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration within the marketing team. Contribute to strategic planning initiatives to support business development and client engagement. Ensure branding consistency and high-quality deliverables across all marketing channels and materials. Monitor and analyze market research data to inform strategies and identify opportunities. Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing direction and performance feedback. Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Marketing Manager Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in A/E/C or professional services industries. Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools. Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification is preferred. Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in proposal writing and business development strategies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Commitment to continuous improvement and fostering innovation within the team.
