Must Haves:

Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for a Travel Support Center (TSC) Specialist supporting a company's lodging division in Lexington, KY. In the role, the candidate will manage a large number of hotel reservation requests each day. During each outbound call, the TSC Specialist is responsible for calling the clients requested hotel, making the reservation with the appropriate client information, and ensuring that the payment is directly billed. The TSC Specialist is responsible for accurately entering information into their reservation system. The Specialist is expected to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of issues over the phone while working at a quick pace. You will report directly to the TSC Manager and regularly collaborate with team leads
