Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with general inquiries. This role involves managing a high volume of calls each shift, providing timely and accurate support to enhance customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in resolving issues, handling calls efficiently, and ensuring effective follow-up to maintain a strong customer relationship.
Responsibilities:
Handle an average of 125 calls per shift addressing general customer inquiries Provide clear and effective customer support Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure resolution satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years in customer service High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills Effective problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask efficiently Active listening skills Excellent time management Accurate data entry skills
