About the role
Job Description:
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to track industry trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics, translating that intelligence into integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. Own the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistent representation across all channels and through organizational growth, including acquisitions. Partner with the Sales Support Team to equip sales with tools, training, and materials, and to drive lead generation and pipeline growth through targeted outreach and strategic alignment. Champion a customer-centric culture by building processes to capture and share Voice of the Customer (VoC) insights across the organization. Own the marketing technology stack (Salesforce, Pardot/Account Engagement, Zoom Info) — lead capture and routing, database hygiene, segmentation, and campaign attribution reporting. Build marketing automation and reporting workflows that deliver CRM intelligence to sales and leadership (deal alerts, pipeline digests, prospect activity notifications, KPI dashboards).Manage the corporate website end-to-end -- content, page and landing page design and build (HTML/CSS, Word Press), forms, conversion paths, SEO, and analytics. Plan and execute demand generation programs (paid search, E-Mail campaigns, targeted prospect lists), reporting on performance and pipeline contribution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.5+ years of progressive experience in marketing or business development; industrial manufacturing experience preferred. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a customer-focused, results-driven approach. Proficiency with generative AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, Canva, Jasper, Perplexity, etc.) for content, campaigns, and marketing automation. Hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience (Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement or equivalent) - dashboards, list building, lead routing, and data quality at scale. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, web CMS (Word Press or similar), web forms, and GA4 analytics. Experience with workflow automation tools (n 8n, Power Automate, or similar) to streamline reporting and connect systems. Graphic design and video production skills (Adobe/Canva, video editing, voiceover).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong leadership and organizational skills -- managing multiple priorities, delegating effectively, and collaborating across cross-functional teams. Analytical, resourceful problem-solver committed to continuous improvement.
