The Lead, Sales Enablement serves as a strategic partner between sales and marketing teams, driving measurable sales impact. This role bridges the gap between demand generation, sales, and analytics to optimize pipeline velocity and customer growth. Develop and oversee sales enablement programs and assets aligned with buyer needs and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with leadership to enhance conversion rates, deal velocity, and customer retention through data-driven initiatives. Integrate marketing, sales, and analytics insights into continuous feedback loops for performance optimization. Act as a bridge between performance marketing and sales teams, co-owning revenue outcomes. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address barriers to conversion. Sales Enablement Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent experience. Minimum of six years of experience in marketing sales enablement. Certifications in Adobe Experience tools are a plus. Proven ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and product organizations. Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue strategies. Expertise in leveraging AI and automation for actionable sales insights.
