About the role

Contract: 6 Months
Pay: $51.71/hour Hybrid Outbound Sales Campaign Manager We are building an outbound sales engine from the ground up. This is a proactive, human concierge motion that calls high-intent customers and prospects to book expert appointments ahead of tax season. Outbound concierge campaigns are a primary lever for increasing pre-booked expert appointments before tax season begins. The Outbound Sales Campaign Manager owns the end-to-end launch of new outbound concierge sales campaigns into live, compliant, well-instrumented outreach across phone, SMS, and 2-way chat. You will serve as the connective tissue across Data Science, Marketing, Sales Enablement/L&D, the Expert Network, and Marketing Operations. You will define the audience and call to action, coordinate list pulls and scoring, build campaigns in Salesforce, develop talk tracks and chat/SMS templates, create call guidance, partner with Enablement to train the sales floor, establish disposition and reporting models, and report campaign results to leadership. This is a high-velocity, build-it-as-you-go role. In a single season, campaigns may be launched across nearly every step of the sales funnel, often on tight timelines and with limited concierge capacity. Campaigns span multiple channels—including proactive phone, SMS, and 2-way chat—and multiple lead sources, including marketing lists, leads passed from Care/Support teams, and in-product placements that capture high-intent signals such as shopping-cart abandoners. Success means launching more campaigns quickly and cleanly, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring each campaign measurably contributes to customers completing their tax returns with Tax Experts.
Responsibilities: Own campaign launches end-to-end, taking new outbound concierge campaigns from concept to live outreach across phone, SMS, and 2-way chat, including audience definition, offer/CTA, success criteria, build, enablement, and go-live. Work cross-functionally to develop a growing portfolio of campaign motions and lead sources. Define audience and lead criteria for each campaign and partner with Data Science to pull, score, and prioritize lead lists using propensity/ARPC ranking and suppression rules. Stand up campaigns in the sales stack. Partner with Sales Operations to configure Salesforce and outreach tools, including dialer, SMS, and chat platforms. Coordinate intake from in-product placements and Care/Support hand-offs and load/segment lists so concierge teams have clean, ready-to-work queues on day one. Author the campaign source of truth, including scripts, talk tracks, objection handling, concierge-facing FAQs, and guidance. Iterate based on frontline and Enablement feedback. Drive enablement and training with Learning & Development and Sales Enablement so the sales floor is prepared to execute each new campaign before launch. Coordinate contact strategy with Marketing, ensuring overlap, frequency, and consent conflicts are addressed. Manage capacity and prioritization by sequencing competing campaigns against finite concierge headcount and surfacing trade-offs to leadership. Report campaign performance to leadership through recurring and ad-hoc executive updates and campaign readouts, translating frontline feedback into quantified insights. Run the feedback loop by incorporating campaign outcomes and field learnings into lead scoring, talk tracks, and future campaign launches.
Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, demand generation, or consulting, preferably within SaaS, financial services, or complex B2C environments. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment where processes and priorities evolve frequently. Experience using Salesforce, including managing lead stages, building reports, and influencing user interface/workflow improvements. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information and experiences into clear, easy-to-understand narratives. Success Metrics Sales efficiency: Meetings/Contact and Meetings/Conversation across channels on launched campaigns, holding or improving as capacity scales. Campaign launch velocity & throughput: Time from concept to live outreach, number of campaigns launched per season, and clean go-lives with lists loaded, scripts ready, teams trained, and compliance gates completed. Contribution to appointment goals: Appointments attributable to campaigns launched by this role and their contribution toward overall targets. Meeting quality: Downstream performance demonstrating that campaigns generate appointments with customers who ultimately complete their tax returns. Operational cleanliness: Accurate disposition and reporting integrity with zero compliance misses related to DNC/consent requirements. Stakeholder enablement: Sales-floor readiness at launch and quality/timeliness of cross-functional partnerships.
Why Join This Team? Build something new: Help build and scale a new outbound sales engine rather than maintaining an established process. Visible, high-impact mission: Concierge campaigns support a company-level business goal with clear leadership visibility. AI-enabled and modern: Launch campaigns using data and intelligence to improve audience targeting and outreach. Multi-product reach: Work across a broad product ecosystem and collaborate with teams across the organization. Ownership and pace: Join a small, senior, high-trust team where you own campaigns end-to-end and see initiatives move from concept to live execution quickly.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
