About the role

Receptionist We're seeking an energetic, friendly, and ambitious Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished administrative professional who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while supporting day-to-day office operations.
What You'll Do: Greet and check in guests, ensuring a warm and efficient visitor experience Partner with security to manage visitor identification, badges, and required documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Coordinate conference room calendars and assist with staff scheduling Work closely with the office manager and other departments on events, special visitors, and projects Track invoices, receipts, expenses, purchase orders, and other administrative/accounting items Order and maintain office, food, and beverage supplies Monitor service tickets, email inquiries, and other administrative platforms Identify opportunities to improve front desk processes and office efficiency Prepare weekly reports and assist with additional departmental projects as needed
What We're Looking For: 2+ years of administrative experience; prior receptionist or front desk experience strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone Proficiency with Google Workspace Exceptional attention to detail and organization Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional, positive, and mature demeanor Comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities Ability to work well under pressure Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
