Part Time Front Office Assistant The Lincoln Group has partnered with a company, in search of a Part Time Front Office Assistant join their team in Santa Maria, CA! Type of Hire: Contract to Hire
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Compensation: $18.00-$20.00
Principal Duties: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls; manage correspondence via email and mail. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Assist with general administrative tasks and support other departments as needed. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience in a front office or administrative role preferred. - Bilingual Spanish Preferred.
