Call Center Position Pay starts at $19.00 an hour. $500 Signing bonus!$250 bonus paid after 60 days worked and an additional $250 at 90 days. Any with customer service experience are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities for Call Center: Manage incoming customer calls with a positive attitude Track interactions and update client information on client software Skillfully navigate objections to secure appointments Positive attitude while scheduling call center customers Keep a solid handle on products to tell customers Details for Call Center: Call center is $19.00 per hour, weekly 37 - 45+ hours per week Monday - Saturday (rotating Saturdays depending on business/staffing levels)Part-time or full-time available (reduced signing bonus for part-time)Long-term role Skills for Call Center: Listening and communicating Data entry Build trust with customers Excellent customer service Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
