About the role
Marketri was founded in 2004 on a simple belief: mid-sized companies deserve the same caliber of strategic marketing leadership as the Fortune 500, without the overhead of building it all in-house. We pioneered the fractional CMO model and have spent more than two decades helping B2B professional services firms, from CPA and engineering firms to investment banks and healthcare organizations, turn marketing into a real engine for profitable growth. What makes Marketri different is that we don't stop at the strategy deck. We build the plan, roll up our sleeves to execute it, and measure what's working so our clients always know where their investment is going. That full-cycle approach means our people get to see their ideas through, from the first strategic conversation to the results on the dashboard. We're a firm of curious, driven marketers who genuinely like the work and each other. You'll partner directly with client leadership teams, own meaningful pieces of the engagement, and work at the front edge of where marketing is heading, including how AI is reshaping the profession. If you want your thinking to matter, your work to be visible, and your growth to be taken seriously, you'll fit right in here.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
