Vitalize is seeking its first Head of Marketing to build the function from the ground up. You will define strategy, establish operating rhythms, and hire a high-performing team to drive enterprise pipeline and market leadership in healthcare operations. You will stay closely connected to the craft—interview customers, shape positioning, review campaigns, and lead cross-functional work with Sales, Growth, and Product as the company scales.
