About the role

Administrative Assistant The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phones and updating schedules for over employees. Additionally, this position provides administrative office support as required.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities: High volume phones Assist with HR and Accounting department Ordering supplies Scheduling changes for over 200 field employees.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1-year experience in office administrative Bilingual Spanish and English preferredH.S. Diploma, GED or equivalent Knowledge, Skills and Other Characteristics: Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point Detail oriented and capable of producing quality work Positive attitude and proactive approach to responsibilities Excellent inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels; able to work in a collaborative environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette.
