About the role

Cymbiotika is seeking a Junior Art Director, Omni-Channel & Retail Support in a hybrid role based in San Diego, CA. You will own the creative pipeline for retail, partnerships, and packaging, leading a four‐person design team and driving end‐to‐end concepts from ideation to production. You will shape visual direction for campaigns and packaging across digital shelf and in‐store touchpoints, mentoring designers and collaborating with R&D, operations, and partner teams to ensure brand consistency
