Specific Responsibilities: Write and edit content for all Claims Digital experiences. Support content development for member-facing digital experiences. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content updates. Facilitate alignment among stakeholders regarding content and overall experience updates. Ensure content is clear, consistent, customer-focused, and appropriate for the intended digital experience.
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of professional writing/content experience. Prior experience writing for customer- or member-facing digital experiences. Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience is a plus. Claims experience is a plus. Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content. Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Content Writer to develop concepts and create compelling copy across a wide range of digital and marketing projects. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to understand product and service requirements and develop content that aligns with the appropriate style, tone, audience, and medium. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented writer who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively under tight deadlines, and adapt language and tone to meet the needs of different audiences and digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Develop concepts and write copy for a variety of projects and digital experiences. Create clear, engaging, and customer/member-focused content for Claims Digital experiences. Consult with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional partners to understand products, services, requirements, style, tone, and length. Write, edit, and rewrite content as needed to ensure clarity, consistency, and effectiveness. Prepare articles, bulletins, marketing materials, promotional content, and digital communications. Develop content for Claims Digital communication templates and core member-facing website experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate alignment on content and experience updates. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Adapt language, messaging, and tone based on the product, audience, and communication medium. Apply critical thinking and curiosity to understand complex topics and translate them into clear, accessible content.
