About the role

Sales Account Executive We’re looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded sales professional to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to build and manage your own book of business, develop long-term relationships with customers, and create significant earning potential in a specialized, fast-moving industry. This is not a transactional sales role. Successful Account Executives become trusted partners to their customers, developing a deep understanding of their businesses, supply chain challenges, and sourcing needs. Over time, you’ll build a portfolio of accounts that you own and grow, with the autonomy to develop your business and earning potential. We have available positions in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina and Raleigh, North Carolina. Compensation & Growth This position includes a base salary plus uncapped monthly commission based on gross profit generated from your accounts. Successful Account Executives have the opportunity to earn well beyond six figures, with commissions capable of significantly exceeding base salary as their book of business grows. Building a strong customer base takes time, and most new hires spend their first 6–12 months developing relationships, establishing accounts, and creating a consistent pipeline. We provide ongoing training, coaching, resources, and team support throughout that process. As your business grows, so does your flexibility and independence. Established Account Executives will have the opportunity for domestic and international travel and increased autonomy in managing their accounts and schedules.
What You’ll Do: Identify and research prospective customers within technology manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and related industries. Develop new business through strategic outreach across phone, email, Linked In, industry research, referrals, and other channels. Build relationships with buyers, procurement professionals, and supply chain decision-makers. Learn each customer’s business, sourcing requirements, and supply chain challenges to identify opportunities where we can provide value. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and relationship development through onboarding and ongoing account management. Grow existing accounts by establishing trusted, long-term buyer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Maintain an active pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective and existing customers. Collaborate with internal teams to provide customers with responsive, professional service. Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and domestic or international travel when valuable to developing business. There are no assigned geographic territories, giving Account Executives the freedom to pursue opportunities across markets and build a book of business based on their strengths and relationships.
What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, resilient, curious, and motivated by results. The right person is comfortable taking initiative and understands that building a successful book of business requires consistency and patience. Strong candidates will bring: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence communicating with business professionals and decision-makersA competitive, goal-oriented mindset Strong relationship-building skills Persistence and resilience when navigating a longer sales cycle The ability to research companies, identify opportunities, and think strategically Professionalism and sound judgment Self-motivation and accountabilityA willingness to learn and continuously improve Previous sales experience is valuable, but we’re equally interested in candidates with the drive, communication skills, and business mindset to develop into successful Account Executives.
Our Culture: We’re a close-knit, team-oriented company where individual success is supported by the broader team. New hires receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching, with experienced colleagues available to help navigate opportunities and challenges. We believe high performance and a strong work environment can coexist. Our culture includes regular training, friendly sales competitions, team collaboration, and occasional company social events. For someone who wants more ownership over their career than a traditional corporate sales role can offer, this position provides a unique opportunity: build something of your own within an established company, develop valuable industry expertise, and directly benefit from the business you create.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
