About the role

We have a Service Now Developer position for our client based in Washington, DC. This is a 100% REMOTE set-up position & comes with benefits, 401K & some accrued PTO.Full Time job opportunity with Health Benefits, 401k and Accrued PTO offered. Candidate must possess eligibility for obtaining security clearance. Service Now Developer Remote Role Key Responsibilities·Develop and configure Service Now solutions (catalog items, workflows, forms, UI policies)·Build and maintain scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)·Translate user stories into working configurations and code·Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, demos)·Collaborate with functional analysts to clarify requirements·Support unit testing, defect resolution, and UAT activities·Troubleshoot production issues and support platform operations·Maintain documentation of configurations and technical components

Required Skills & Experience: Experience with Service Now scripting fundamentals (Java Script, Glide APIs)Hands-on experience with ITSM module (required)Understanding of configuration vs. customization best practices Experience supporting testing and defect resolution Desired Skills & Domain Experience Service Now CSA (CAD preferred)Exposure to CMDB, ITOM, HAM, PPM or SPMExperience in structured delivery or consulting environments Exposure to integrations and Flow Designer Experience in multi-team or enterprise delivery environments
