Job Description:
Our client, a leading fintech software company, is hiring a remote Content Writer. This role will be working on PST!*This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!*In this role, you will write, edit, and publish customer facing content while keeping information accurate, clear, and easy to understand. You will also use data and AI tools to improve content while managing updates and deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and publish clear customer-facing content for the support website, in-product help experiences, and other digital channels. Manage annual compliance updates and ongoing content refreshes by reviewing existing materials, incorporating stakeholder and subject matter expert feedback. Analyze customer and content data to identify improvement opportunities, then use tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Word Press, and AI platforms to manage workflows, improve content, and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of content or technical writing experience. Word Press or similar CMS experience. Strong writing and AI tool skills.
