Role: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Remote)We are partnering with an innovative technology-driven organization that is looking to add a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to its growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable software, and taking ownership of products from concept through production. The team embraces modern engineering practices and leverages AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

What You'll Do: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services. Develop customer-facing features and intelligent workflow solutions that deliver real business value. Utilize AI-powered tools to support development, testing, debugging, and operational excellence. Contribute to architecture, system design, and technical decision-making. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Drive continuous improvements in performance, reliability, observability, and developer experience.

What We're Looking For: Strong software engineering fundamentals and a track record of building modern applications and services. Experience working with web technologies, APIs, and scalable distributed systems. A hands-on builder who can navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and deliver results. Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset. Interest in leveraging AI technologies to improve products, workflows, and engineering processes. Ability to balance speed, quality, security, and maintainability in a fast-paced environment.
