Job Description

The Opportunity: A global consultancy specialising in the financial services sector is looking for a Chief of Staff to support the continued growth of its AI function. Reporting directly to the Group Head of AI, this individual will act as a strategic and operational partner, helping set priorities, drive key initiatives and support the function as it scales. The role offers broad exposure across executive leadership, emerging technology and the wider AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Group Head of AI to establish and maintain strategic priorities across the function. Lead quarterly planning, leadership cadences and broader operational processes. Develop high-quality presentations and reporting materials for board and executive audiences. Translate complex programme information into clear recommendations, narratives and visual materials. Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, priorities and delivery. Develop and maintain relationships with leading AI, cloud and technology partners. Support senior-level partner discussions, commercial conversations and strategic meetings. Monitor developments across the AI vendor landscape and identify potential opportunities for the business. Support the continued growth and organisational development of the AI function. Lead high-priority strategic projects, particularly where the problem or path forward is initially ambiguous. Contribute to initiatives focused on developing and commercialising new AI-enabled capabilities.

About You: Based on the East Coast and comfortable working remotely, with some travel as required.4+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, management consulting, strategy or business operations. Strong strategic thinking, prioritisation and problem-solving skills. Advanced Power Point skills with experience producing executive and board-level materials. Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with multiple senior stakeholders. Exposure to AI, cloud or technology providers is highly desirable. Financial services, investment management or professional services experience is advantageous. Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. You must have the right to work in the United States
