What We’re Looking For: Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented Reliable, punctual, and well-organized Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (required)Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors Able to work independently while collaborating with a team Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)1–2 years of receptionist or office experience preferred, but not required Typing speed of 35+ WPM preferred
