About the role

Anchor Innovation, Inc. is seeking a Chief People Officer in Virginia Beach to own our people strategy end to end. This senior role will align workforce planning with contract pipelines, shape compensation and job architecture, manage compliance risk in government contracting, and partner with the President, COO and ownership group. The right candidate has built or significantly scaled a people function, ideally within defense or other regulated industries, and can operate at the executive level
