Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of customer service, sales support, or call center experience. Experience handling customer inquiries related to sales, promotions, installations, and general communications. Proven ability to resolve customer claims and complaints professionally, fairly, and in compliance with consumer protection laws and company policies. Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities. Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships. Experience documenting customer interactions using CRM or customer service software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and computer applications. Ability to interpret and follow established procedures, policies, and work instructions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment. Ability to analyze customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy when processing customer information. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Summary:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications. Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and timely issue resolution. Support customer education and organization-wide communication initiatives. Analyze customer feedback and survey results to identify opportunities for service improvements. Recommend and support implementation of process improvements that enhance the customer experience. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records in company systems. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up. Follow established procedures, work routines, and technical guidelines to complete daily responsibilities. Apply knowledge gained through experience and training to make decisions within defined policies and procedures.
