About the role
Job Title We are seeking a polished, professional individual with strong sales and customer service skills. Location Irving, TXSalary Range$22 - $25/hr w 2 In Office Expectation 3 days a week in office Tue-Thurs (Mon and Fri WFH). During training process in the first month, candidates will be in office 5 days a week.
Interview Process: 2 Rounds - MS Teams (camera on) & second round in person. Focus Sales Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish is a must-have. Sales / Customer Service Background. Great Communication Skills. Proven Job History with a track record of stability. Prior work experience at client or in client's industry. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day
Responsibilities:
Call routing and triage of retail leads. Maintain impeccable pipeline management. Tracking contact attempts and scheduling calls. Manage callbacks and follow-ups with customers. Work with contract validation and underwriting. Conduct Welcome Calls to ensure activation. Handle referral assignments and inbound calls. Participate in regular feedback sessions with pilot agents.
