Receptionist Clayton Services is searching for a Receptionist to join a small law firm in the Houston area. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, and providing general administrative support to the office.

PMReceptionist Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person. Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner. Manage the front desk and maintain a professional reception area. Take accurate messages and communicate information to attorneys and staff. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Scan, copy, file, and organize documents. Assist with preparing correspondence and other basic office documents. Maintain electronic and physical files as needed. Provide general administrative and clerical support to attorneys and office staff. Handle client and firm information with professionalism and confidentiality. Perform additional office duties as assigned.
Receptionist Skills and Abilities: Professional and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple phone lines and prioritize incoming requests. Comfortable working with clients in person and over the phone. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and general office technology. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a professional office environment.
Receptionist Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, or office experience preferred. Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus but not required. Receptionist - Immediate need. Apply today!
