Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently Schedule and manage appointments and meetings Maintain a clean and organized reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry and filing
Qualifications
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus Proven experience as a front office assistant or receptionist Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
