Leasing Professional - HERE Seattle

Reports to: Leasing & Marketing Manager

What You'll Do: Build relationships with prospective and current residents Follow up on leasing leads and convert tours into leases Become an expert on the property's features, amenities, and competitive advantages Conduct property tours and deliver an exceptional customer experience Support marketing efforts, social media initiatives, and resident outreach Attend local events and community marketing opportunities Provide creative ideas for advertising and marketing campaigns Process applications, deposits, and required leasing documentation Help maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and tour path Collaborate with property leadership on special projects What We're Looking For 1+ years of leasing, sales, customer service, or related experience preferred Experience with social media and digital marketing Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-orientedA collaborative team player who enjoys helping others succeed Why Join Article Student Living?
