Technical Client Support Representative The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed and leading provider of property technology solutions, and we're looking for motivated, articulate, and customer-focused individuals to join their service center team in Houston, TX. For 45+ years, the organization has delivered innovative technology solutions and exceptional support to hotels, resorts, multifamily communities, and master-planned properties.

Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Flexible shift opportunities including weekday & weekends What You'll Do As a Technical Client Support Representative, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance. You'll be trained on the tools and troubleshooting steps you need your job is to bring great communication, patience, and a genuine desire to help. In this role, you will: Provide technical support to internal and external customers. Deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and web-based channels Take ownership of customer issues from first contact through resolution Learn to troubleshoot hardware, software, streaming, and connectivity issues (full training provided)Apply active listening and critical thinking to help identify effective solutions Guide customers through solutions with patience and professionalism Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately within ticketing systems Keep customers informed with timely updates on ticket status Escalate issues appropriately when needed, with support from experienced teammates Collaborate with your team to keep strengthen your technical skills and service quality Help create positive customer experiences, even in high-pressure situations What We Are Looking For Qualifications:1-2 years of customer-facing experience (call center, retail, hospitality, food service, or similar)Bilingual (English & Spanish) required Basic computer proficiency (navigating multiple applications/systems at once)Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team Prior exposure to technical support or troubleshooting is a plus, but not required Familiarity with media and entertainment technology (commercial TVs, streaming devices, set-top boxes, cable/satellite systems) is a bonus, not a requirement Additional Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, reliable, hardworking attitude Willingness to learn new technology, remain coachable and adapt Genuine interest in growing a long-term career in technology support Ability to work collaboratively with others Schedule and Attendance Expectations: Strong attendance and punctuality are essential in this 24/7 call center role Employees are expected to remain available and complete scheduled shifts Holiday, weekend, weather-related, and rotating shifts may be required Overtime may be required based on business needs What You Can Expect In this role, employees are supported through a workplace culture centered on training, professional growth, collaboration, and overall well-being a great launchpad into a tech career.
