Clerical Assistant Our customer in McHenry, Illinois is seeking a reliable and organized Clerical Assistant to join their team on 1st shift. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities of the Clerical Assistant: Prepare and type customer quotes accurately and efficiently. File and organize documents, records, and paperwork. Assist with general office and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records and perform data entry. Answer phones and provide basic customer service support as needed. Support office staff with daily operational needs. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications: Computer skills. Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Dependable with a strong work ethic and attendance record. Professional communication skills. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Pay for Clerical Assistant: Starting at $15-$18/hour.
