Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20 - $23 / hour*What you'll be doing as a Front Desk Administrator: Greeting customers and providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through other communication channels Answering and directing incoming calls while assisting customers with questions and requests Processing automotive titles and supporting documentation accurately and efficiently Verifying title paperwork to ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations Working with buyers, sellers, and regulatory agencies to resolve title questions and issues Processing outgoing mail, shipping packages, scanning documents, and maintaining organized records Assisting with dealer registration requests and other front office administrative functions Providing support to fellow team members and stepping in wherever needed to help the team succeed Supporting sale day operations and helping create a positive experience for customers and employees alike Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding customer and company information Available shifts: Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready High school diploma or equivalent Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred Automotive title processing experience is preferred (or a willingness to learn)Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Valid driver's licenseA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork Background check required Ready to take control of the way you work?
