Summary: This role provides critical support towards the execution and implementation of key business priorities and strategic initiatives across the organization through a combination of business analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and project management to drive operational improvement and support executive decision-making.

Essential Duties: Lead implementation of strategic initiatives through project management, status tracking, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting. Conduct financial, operational, and performance analysis across customers, contracts, regions, and business units. Drive the implementation of new processes, tools, and reporting capabilities across the organization. Transform complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations. Build reporting solutions to gain actionable insights into business performance, profitability and efficiencies. Prepare presentations, business reviews, and executive-level materials for senior leadership. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in business analysis-focused role. Must have strong project management capabilities. Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate complex business information. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
