Job Description:
As a Front Office Representative, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. You will play an important role in creating a positive and professional experience while supporting the daily administrative and operational needs of the office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members Assist with general front desk and administrative responsibilities Manage appointments, schedules, and basic office coordination Maintain an organized and professional reception and front office area Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information when appropriate Assist with documents, correspondence, filing, and data entry Coordinate with internal departments to support daily office operations Handle sensitive or confidential information professionally Help maintain efficient communication throughout the office Provide excellent customer service and support to visitors and team members
