About the role

ABOUT SIMPLIFYEvery large organisation has high performing people, teams and locations. The problem is that performance is rarely consistent. One location may materially outperform another. One manager may know exactly what to focus on while another is working from the same data but reaching a different conclusion. Simplify was built around the view that high performance is not missing. It is fragmented. The company helps distributed organisations identify what their strongest operators are doing differently and apply those behaviours more consistently across the wider business. Its Pro Navigator platform combines operational data, company processes and information from higher performing teams to identify: Where performance differences exist What the strongest operators are doing differently What actions should be prioritised Where management attention should be focused How those actions can be applied across teams and locations Rather than providing another analytics dashboard, Pro Navigator is designed to help people determine what they should do next. Simplify currently works across complex operating environments including healthcare, retail, franchise, distribution and logistics.
THE TEAM: Simplify has built an experienced operating leadership team around the business. The company is led by: Gino Tenace, Founder and CEOLeading Simplify’s strategy, platform development and long term direction. Matt Gutermuth, President Focused on commercial execution, enterprise relationships and company growth. Jeff Brophy, CFOLeading financial planning, capital strategy and the company’s economic model. Jennifer Skinner, COOResponsible for operations and execution as the business scales. Andrea Serra, CPOLeading product development and the continued evolution of Pro Navigator. The wider team also includes industry leadership across logistics and distributed operations. Together, the leadership structure combines product, finance, operations, commercial execution and industry experience. Simplify is not being built solely as a technology product. The company is building around how large organisations actually operate and how technology is adopted by the people responsible for performance.
THE OPPORTUNITY: Simplify is now expanding its Executive Board Partner group. We are seeking senior executives, founders, operators and investors who can provide strategic perspective as the company enters its next stage of commercial and technology development. This is distinct from formal membership of the Board of Directors. Executive Board Partners work periodically with company leadership across enterprise growth, operations, technology, commercial strategy and long term company development. Participation is selective and strategic rather than operational. WHY SIMPLIFYSimplify has already moved beyond initial product development. The company has: Recurring enterprise revenue Multi year customer relationships Active enterprise deployment An active large scale United States retail implementationA commercial pipeline across healthcare, retail, distribution, franchise, grocery and other sectors An operating Decision Support Agentic AI platformA repeatable enterprise implementation model Existing customer work has also demonstrated measurable financial and operational impact. Existing customer deployments have demonstrated measurable financial and operational impact, including one engagement reporting $38 million in realised incremental revenue within the first 90 days. The company is now determining how aggressively to expand. FROM IQ TO EQA central part of Simplify’s approach is the combination of what the company describes as IQ and EQ.The IQ component uses data and organisational context to identify where performance gaps exist and what actions should be taken. The EQ component addresses a different problem: how do you get the person receiving that recommendation to understand it, trust it and act on it? Simplify’s longer term platform development is therefore focused not only on identifying the right action, but also on improving how those actions are adopted across an organisation. Executive Board Partners will participate during this next stage of company development. WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT SIMPLIFYMost analytics platforms tell management what happened. Simplify is built to help determine what happens next. Pro Navigator identifies performance differences, learns from stronger operators and translates that intelligence into prioritised actions across the organisation. The underlying idea is simple: Take what the best people already know how to do and make it repeatable across the business. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY COMMITMENTSimplify welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and believes different perspectives improve strategic decision making and long term company development.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
