Commercial Data Change Manager

Responsibilities: Orchestrate and drive cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple work streams within or outside the Commercial Excellence organization. Identify operational issues impacting customers or internal resources, prioritize, and resolve efficiently. Partner with Data Governance Lead, Data Domain Owners/Product Managers, Customer Master Data Lead, and broader Commercial Excellence team to facilitate project activities. Lead and coordinate initiatives involving two or more work streams across Commercial Excellence and other business units such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. Develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress through completion. Ensure initiatives align with organizational priorities in the Commercial Data Working Group and customer-centric strategies. Analyze workflows and propose improvements to enhance speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to foster collaboration and accountability. Organize structured meeting cadences with clear purpose, agenda, and outcomes; escalate issues proactively. Maintain effective meeting discipline, manage action items, and track follow-ups. Define KPIs for operational initiatives and monitor impact on customer experience and resource utilization.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or cross-functional leadership roles. Strong understanding of customer experience principles and operational excellence frameworks. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to influence and lead without direct authority in a matrixed environment. Proven track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
