About the role

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Data Operations Lead to ensure the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of our analytics and data systems. This senior technical leader will guide an offshore contract team and empower data engineering squads to move quickly with confidence. You will own platform health, define SLIs/SLOs, and drive incidents, observability, and automation using IaC. Strong Snowflake/DBT/Airflow/Terraform experience is essential.
