About the role

VICE PRESIDENT, HEAD OF ADOBE PRACTICEDefine the next operating model for a global Adobe business—and own every number and every person in it. Employment: Full-time
Level: Vice President
Travel: Up to 50%The Adobe practice holds a Platinum partnership and eight specializations, with approximately 300 practitioners across the United States, Latin America and India. For two decades, the practice has built the digital experiences that healthcare, financial services, life sciences, automotive, manufacturing and retail enterprises run their businesses on. The organization is an AI-native consulting firm, and the Adobe practice is where that gets tested first. Agentic orchestration is rewriting what enterprises buy from Adobe and what they expect from the partner who implements it. Clients are asking a harder set of questions than they were a year ago. Everything recommended has already been built in production. The next leader of this practice will define that operating model rather than inherit it. THE LEADER WE ARE LOOKING FORYou have run an Adobe business with a number attached to it. You have sold Adobe work, delivered it and repaired programs someone else broke. Adobe field leadership takes your call, and so do the clients you have carried through hard quarters. You have built agentic delivery capability that clients pay for. You move between a forecast review and an architecture escalation without changing gears. You develop leaders, and you build client relationships that survive your departure. WHAT YOU WILL OWNYou run the entire practice—every number it reports and every person in it. GROWTHThe practice numbers and targets: bookings, revenue, utilization and growth targets for a global Adobe practice. The most consequential Adobe pursuits. You are the executive clients call when the stakes are highest. The CX Enterprise Coworker capability, from zero to a business that Adobe points clients toward. The offering portfolio: retire what the market stopped buying and fund the replacements. Conversion of the Adobe alliance into pipeline. Adobe sellers need a commercial reason to bring the organization in. Account growth alongside AI-First Marketing, Salesforce, data and commerce practices. DELIVERY & FINANCIAL PERFORMANCEQuality, delivery margin and client satisfaction across three regions. Recovery when a program goes red, including the difficult client conversation. Capacity planning against forecast—staffing ahead of demand without creating an indefensible bench. Rate integrity, discount discipline, pyramid mix and subcontractor spend. The investment case for anything that requires funding ahead of revenue. PEOPLECareer paths for approximately 300 practitioners and the promotion decisions that shape the practice. The skills transition from AEM delivery to agentic delivery, paced to what clients will buy and teams can execute. Retention of the people the practice cannot afford to lose. Recruiting and development of the Adobe leaders everyone else is chasing. MARKET LEADERSHIPDefinition of an AI-first Adobe practice and the market agenda around it. The senior Adobe relationship across field, partner and product leadership. C-suite counsel on platform consolidation, migration and total cost of ownership—with candor when the answer is not another implementation. A visible market point of view: publish, present at Adobe Summit and brief analysts. QUALIFICATIONS7+ years as a vice president, general manager or practice leader with direct revenue and bookings accountability.10+ years in the Adobe ecosystem at a systems integrator, agency, Adobe or a large enterprise customer. A record of carrying and achieving an annual target while managing utilization and delivery margin. Experience building a services offering from zero to material revenue, including go-to-market design. GenAI or agentic AI capability in production with business results that can withstand CFO scrutiny. Active senior relationships at Adobe and evidence that those relationships convert to pipeline. Delivery leadership across geographies and time zones. C-suite advisory experience involving consolidation, migration and total cost of ownership. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and willingness to travel up to 50%.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience working inside Adobe. Hands-on command of the agentic Adobe stack, including CX Enterprise Coworker, Agent Orchestrator and Gen Studio. Adobe delivery in regulated industries. An established market voice through Adobe Summit, published thought leadership or analyst engagement. Experience selling Adobe alongside Salesforce, data or commerce capabilities. A record of recruiting senior talent into a practice being built or transformed.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
