Position Responsibilities: Lead creative direction across print, digital, and multimedia products Ensure brand consistency across all communications deliverables Develop high-quality visual concepts and campaigns Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design staff Collaborate with stakeholders to translate mission objectives into visual solutions Position

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field 10+ years of professional design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and multimedia work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools Preferred

Qualifications: Experience supporting DoD, Federal, or Public Affairs organizations Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D design Security

Requirements: Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check. Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government background investigation and meet suitability requirements.
