About the role

Position Summary: Seeking an experienced Service Now Nuvolo Developer to provide development, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support for a federal client's Service Now/Nuvolo environment. The selected candidate will work with the Service Now Platform team supporting a Nuvolo implementation used for facilities management, enterprise asset management, maintenance, labor, materials, operations, construction/project management, document management, and related functions. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) explains that Nuvolo operates within client's existing Service Now Government Community Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities: The candidate will develop and customize Nuvolo applications on Service Now using Java Script and Glide Script; develop business rules, UI actions, client scripts and script includes; customize portals, views and forms using HTML, CSS and Service Portal; configure ACLs, user criteria, data-separation models and support-group routing; develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations; create ETL processes and Service Now Import Sets for migration of legacy asset data; configure automation flows supporting preventive maintenance, inventory and financial management; build Facilities Catalog Items; support Service Now and Nuvolo upgrades; troubleshoot production issues involving scripts, data synchronization and performance; and develop reports, metrics and executive dashboards. Mandatory candidate screening criteria The PWS explicitly establishes the first three technical qualifications and describes proficiency in Java Script, HTML, CSS and modern web development frameworks. Strongly preferred / target skills For sourcing, prioritize candidates with Glide Script, Service Portal, REST/SOAP APIs, Service Now Import Sets/ETL, ACLs, Service Catalog, workflows/Flow Designer, dashboards/reporting, data migration, production support, Service Now upgrades, asset/facilities management and EAM experience. Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) should receive preference; the PWS describes these certifications as "highly preferred."Experience Minimum 3 years of Service Now application development and implementation Nuvolo Direct hands-on Nuvolo implementation/configuration experience required Core development Java Script, Glide Script, HTML, CSSCertification Service Now CAD and/or CIS highly preferred, not stated as mandatory Notes:8 hours/day, generally 8:30 AM-5:00 PMOccasional travel to client location, Colorado may be requiredVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
