Summary:
Reach Media is looking for a Multimedia Journalist to join our growing newsroom in Washington, DC. This role will have a pivotal hand in for creating imaginative, accurate and engaging news content for TV, on-line and social media output. The Multimedia Journalist will be required to perform tasks from beginning to end regarding producing and airing new bulletins and shows. We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, understands international journalism, and can create engaging news for our audience.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates we are looking to hire will have 3+ years working with -Research, write, and produce compelling news stories. Present and report across TV, digital, and social media platforms. Cover breaking news from the newsroom and the field. Translate and adapt content between English and Farsi. Create engaging multimedia content using video, audio, text, and graphics. Anchor broadcasts and support live production when required. Travel for assignments and contribute to a fast-paced, 24/7 international newsroom. Position Details-Location: Washington, DCEnvironment: Full-Time | In-Person
Schedule: 5 Days Per Week with Rotating Schedule (Flexibility— our newsroom operates 24/7)
